TERMS & CONDITIONS

i) Payment

  • We only accept bank transfers.
  • Please attached the payment receipt upon check and your order will be processed after the payment you made is confirmed.

ii) Processing Time

  • An order takes 1 – 3 business days to process before dispatch. This is subject to payment status and the stock availability, we will inform you within this time frame if any of your items are unavailable.

iii) Exchange and Return

  • All requests must be made within 3 business days after parcel received. Clayci Art has the right to reject any request made after the time frame.
  • Please email to [email protected] to request order changing before we dispatch your order. *Please note that we are not able to change your order if the parcel has been dispatched.
  • Return/exchange request is not acceptable once the item is shipped/delivered

iv) Cancel Order and Refund

  • Please email to [email protected] to request cancel the order before we dispatch your order. *Please note that we are not able to cancel your order if the parcel has been dispatched.
  • All refund will be made within 2 – 4 business days upon receiving your request and if the request is accepted.

v) Defective or Wrong Item Received

  • Less item received: Please notify us through email [email protected] by including your order ID, full name and phone number.
  • Wrong item received: Please notify us the problem through email [email protected] by including your order ID, full name, phone number and the photo of the item you received.
  • Damaged item received: Please notify us the problem through email [email protected] by including your order ID, full name, phone number and the photo of the item you received.
